TREK FIT SYSTEM
takes traditional bike fitting approaches and places specific
emphasis on personal objectives and your unique body mechanics
and physiology. This philosophy yields comfort and performance
enchancement for the rider. If you are looking for
increased performance and comfort with less energy expended,
then the TREK FIT SYSTEM is your answer
THE PROCESS
Every cyclist has a different
riding posture due to their unique physical build. We will
analyze your flexibility and body measurements. We will evaluate
your riding position on a stationary trainer using YOUR bike and
YOUR gear. We will perform adjustments to your bike, suggest
upgrades and make recommendations to improve your technique.
THE APPOINTMENT
Each TREK FIT session is 1 to 1.5
hours and must be scheduled in advance by calling or talking to
one of our fitting specialists. You must provide the bike you
would like to be fit on, as well as any gear you will be using (
shoes, shorts..) The service fee of $150.00 includes all
evaluations, recommendations and bike alterations. The service
fee does not include the cost of any new parts that may be
installed and/or recommended during the session.

OBJECTIVES
1. Discuss your riding goals and expectations
2. Evaluate your riding history and how it
relates to your goals
3. Perform an evaluation of your current physical
mechanics including: flexibility
analysis, torso, leg, and arm measurements.
4. On-bike mechanics observation including pedal
stroke and foot alignment.
5. Size and adjust your bike based on collected
data and make recommendations
for further improvement.
6. Suggest exercises for improving flexibility
and muscle strength.
